When I click on Incidents > Network the default filter is empty Status All and Date Lst 30 days and no incidents will show but when i click on different Status New incidents will pop out and when change back to Status All will show back.
Any advice?

When configuring DLP policies to scan file shares, and using file import for the list of server/shares, is that a limit on the number of entries in the text file to be imported? What is the recommended number? In other words, what is the limit on amount of server\shares in the text file?

I am on 12.5 version. Can I updated directly to 14.0.2 or 14.5? Or need to to go through all the versions??

I'm running into an issue when using Data Identifiers and inspecting Excel content.
I have two DIs, one looking for Sort Codes and one looking for Account Numbers, these are used within an 'AND' rule.

We have a DLP solution and we need to scan sharepoint site. On the Sharepoint front end server we have installed the DLP plugin (Symantec_DLP_Solution_14.5.exe for MP1). We have created a user with full controll rights on sharepoint and initiated a scan with this credentials for the link http://wiki.XXX.XXX.XXXX.XXXX.
Using detection by file name + wild card and extension (e.g. .dxf) would be enough to protect all documents using this file extension? If it occurs a rename of the extension the document will still be protected?

Would like to know if in the new DLP versions is already possible to customize the DLP alerts with images.
I've seen some comments about it in old forum messages. Can someone give me an update about it.
