My DLP system is not creating any incidents out of a sedden, I check in the UI emails are comming in via the traffic, I also contacted my Exchange team if any changes has been performed and no changes was done from their side, i did a netstat on the email prevent server to check the exchange server is sending email to port 25 all working fine.

I am getting an error during a single-tier installation of Data Loss Prevention 14.5: "Error occurred during schema creation." See attachment. The error mentioned in the "SchemaCreation" log is the following:

I need a solution

Hi All,

I'm facing so much bugs after upgrading to 14.0.1 but it is required as a standardization of version of the group anyway currently my endpoint agent is having issue changing group receiving error

"No user defined groups exists in the system which can be applied to agents. Change Group task cannot be executed. "

You may think you miss some functionalities in Symantec DLP, especially in DLP incident processing.
In order to workaround this issue, you could implement some plugins which will allow you :
- to add some information to DLP incident using incident custom attributes which will be valued by your plugin
- to interface DLP with a third party system.
