Example: new user joins the team. They are put into an active directory security group. Can that AD group be mapped to an active role used in Vontu and avoid manual intervention?

I'm dealing with issues of Mindjet MindManager and Autodesk AutoCAD after DLP Endpoint Agent 14.5 installed. I'd like to show some issues like following:
1. Mindjet Mindmanager always shows the error: Html is not initialized.
2. Autodesk AutoCAD shows no text on the draw

I have the following error on Agent Overview - DLP Outlook plug-in is tampered - Plug In Disabled.
The add in looks to be unloaded in Outlook, I have loaded the add in and tested - the pop up begins to work.
However, when we leave the Outlook application and re-open it it again the add in appears in the inactive section.

I am on version 14.0 of Symantec DLP. When we were on 12.5 we could disable DLP Agents from the Enforcement Console. Now that we are on 14.0 we can no longer do this. I have opened a couple of support cases with Symantec and no one is able to help. I am getting frustrated on the lack of support we get from Symantec even from our reps.

What you guys are using to detect CAD files, more specifically .catpart?
This version of DLP Endpoint Agent 14.5.01 (MP1) add support for Chome and the Chrome extension is visible on the browser interface (see the below image).
We are running the 14.5.0100.1060 client and have noticed that the print screen function is now not working. Has anyone else seen this? Also the alt prt screen is not working either.
I have checked the policies and nothing is showing in the incidents or there are no blocks in place.
Any thoughts?

I have DLP 14.5 and cant login with Administrator account, yesterday I used it but now I cant. It is the only account register. All vontu services are running and Oracle services too.
